Quick Detach Top Assembly
Our quick detachable top assemblies are not just a convenient feature, they are a cost and time saver for you. No matter what happens to your driver, lengthy repairs and costly shipping will never be a concern. We have literally made this ordeal as easy and unscrewing a bolt.
Audiopulse features two types of replaceable top assemblies. The first type is our patent pending tool-less threaded adaptor system. With a soft rubber lock washer to keep the motor on taunt, the top assembly can literally be removed with an ample amount of torque applied to the system. Once loose, the top assemble unscrews and lifts off the motor so a new one can easily thread back on. This entire process takes no longer than 30 seconds once the driver is removed from the box.
The second patented type is the bolt-on method. With screws accessible from the side of the motor rather than the top, removing the top assembly can be done in just a few minutes by taking out four hex screws.
Both detachable methods omit the need for special glues, gap-alignment, and the need for any additional tools not included with the top assembly.
